Two types of people can use this tool, customers and service providers. Simply, the service providers decide and list the services that they want to sell, then customers will find their services from this tool, and hire them for the job.

Customers are the individuals who are responsible for the maintenance and well-being of their households. Using this tool, customers choose a domain first, then they will see all services that are listed under this particular domain. After that the customers select a service, then they will see all service providers who offer this particular service, and their prices. This way, customers can choose the right service provider for them.

Service providers can be professional workers at home-maintenance companies, or freelancers and hobbyists who have free time and want to sell their services and earn extra cash. Using this tool, service providers choose a domain first, then they will see all services that are listed under this particular domain. After that the service providers select a service and set the price for offering this particular service.

This tool can also help to track work progress. After a customer chooses a service provider from this tool, the customer will select the time and location for when and where the job is to be performed, and then a request is sent directly to the chosen service provider. The service provider can either accept or reject the request (If rejected, the service provider must give a reason for reject). Once accepted, the service provider can perform the work as per the information from the request. After the work is completed, the customer is asked to rate the service provider the then pay for the service.

After users download and install the application on their phones, they can create accounts using their mobile numbers. Users can login by mobile numbers and will receive OTP sent by SMS to their phone numbers, or Users can login using their social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, or LinkedIn.

By default, all users are set as customer users. If a user want to be a service provider, then only additional information are to be entered under the user profile, such as working times/days and currency. After that the user will need to setup their services and their prices.
